Fairly pick random winners from a list of names (no repeats), or shuffle the names into balanced random teams. Uses a cryptographic random source.

Send these as a JSON object. Unknown fields are rejected.

names: One name per line; blank lines are ignored. (string, up to 200000 characters, required)
mode: pick: choose winners. teams-by-count: make exactly n teams. teams-by-size: teams of at most n people. (string, one of pick, teams-by-count, teams-by-size, default "pick")
n: pick: number of winners. teams-by-count: number of teams. teams-by-size: people per team. (integer, 1 to 10000, default 1)
dedupe: Remove duplicate names (case-insensitive) first. (boolean, default false)
