These terms cover your use of PithLab (pithlab.com), run by ulties.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PithLab.
Using the tools
The tools are free to use, with or without an account. Most run entirely in your browser; tools that need our server say so on their page. Please use them lawfully and don't try to disrupt the service, get around limits, or use server-backed tools to scan or attack systems you don't own or have permission to test.
We work hard to make the tools accurate, but they're provided as they are, without any warranty. Check important results, such as financial, medical or security calculations, before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the tools or by the site being unavailable.
Accounts
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you're responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from your account page, and download your data from there first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Pro
Pro is sold as prepaid time and paid in Bitcoin through our own BTCPay Server. It doesn't renew automatically: each payment adds its months to any Pro time you have left. Because Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, payments aren't refundable except where the law requires it or we can't provide the service. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.
API
API keys are for you or your organisation. Keep them secret: you're responsible for requests made with your keys. Daily quotas depend on your plan and are shown on your API keys page. Don't resell raw access to the API or use it to build a copy of PithLab.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll email account holders about significant changes. Questions? Get in touch.
