Percent-encode text for URLs and query strings, or decode encoded URLs back to readable text. Supports full URLs, components and + as space.

Send these as a JSON object. Unknown fields are rejected.

input: Text to encode or decode. (string, required)
mode: encode or decode. (string, one of encode, decode, required)
scope: component (a single value) or full (a whole URL), when encoding. (string, one of component, full, default "component")
