Find meeting times that suit everyone: compare up to six time zones hour by hour on any date, see working hours and the overlap, and share the plan by link.
How to use the Meeting Planner
- Pick the date of the meeting, then add between two and six time zones. The first zone sets which day the grid covers.
- Adjust the working hours if needed (09:00 to 17:00 by default). Each column of the grid is the same moment in every zone, with working hours shaded.
- Read the hours when everyone is at work below the grid, and press Copy share link to share the same plan.

Frequently asked questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes, for the exact date you pick. In the weeks when the US and Europe change their clocks on different dates the gap between them shrinks by an hour, and the planner shows that. On a change day the grid has 23 or 25 hours.
How is an hour counted as overlapping?
An hour counts when it falls completely inside everyone's working hours. With a half-hour offset like India's, an hour that starts at 16:30 doesn't count for a 17:00 finish, because it runs past it.
Are weekends and public holidays taken into account?
No. The grid shows the weekday in each zone so you can spot a meeting that lands on someone's Saturday or the next day, but it doesn't know about holidays.
